With extensive experience in counseling, education, and youth development, she is committed to building programs that support both personal growth and career readiness.

Provides clinical oversight and behavioral health guidance to ensure participants receive supportive services that strengthen emotional resilience and personal stability.

Leads the daily coordination of workforce readiness programs and works with partners to connect participants to training and career opportunities.
